Every figure is entered once — at the counter — and carried through dispatch, delivery and settlement. No registers to copy, no totals to re-add at the end of the month.
Pick the consignor and consignee, add the items and the rate is suggested from past bookings. GST is split automatically and the consignment note prints with your logo.
Open LRs are grouped by destination city. Select them, assign the vehicle and driver, and review weight against capacity and every E-Way Bill before the lorry leaves.
Each delivery office collects the To-Pay freight on its LRs, keeps its commission and pays the unloading. Its SR sheet prints exactly what it has to remit.

How ParcelDesk fits the way a booking office, its delivery offices and its lorries already work.
Parcel service, courier, lorry-booking and transport companies that book consignments at a counter, carry them by road to several destination cities, and collect freight at the booking office, at delivery or on account. If your day runs on LRs, load sheets and trip vouchers, ParcelDesk is built for it.
Each product type is set up with its own GST rate. When the consignor and consignee are in the same state the tax is split into CGST and SGST; otherwise it is charged as IGST — automatically, line by line. GSTIN and state code are stored with every consignor and consignee, and the flat statistical charge stays outside the tax.
The counter keeps working. Bookings are saved on the computer and the consignment note prints with a "provisional" watermark. When the connection returns, the queued bookings sync on their own — each one carries a unique key, so a booking is never created twice.
Yes. Every LR is marked Paid, To Pay or Account. Each delivery city office has its own commission and unloading rule — a flat percentage, a flat amount, or freight slabs. Dispatch shows each city's freight, commission and net remittance before the lorry leaves, and the trip voucher works out what every office remits when you settle.
Yes. Mark whether an E-Way Bill applies to an LR and record its number, vehicle and valid-upto date. When you load a trip, ParcelDesk flags bills that have expired or were raised for a different vehicle, so they can be fixed before dispatch.
LRs are numbered in your own prefix, in a series that restarts monthly or daily, and Settings shows the number the next booking will get. Edits and cancellations keep the earlier version with who changed it, when and why — the Edited / Cancelled LRs report lists every one.
Yes. Users get roles with permissions for booking (create, edit, cancel), dispatch, clients, vouchers, fleet, cash ledger, reports and settings — so a counter clerk books LRs while only the office manager settles trips. The name of the staff member who booked each LR is recorded on it.
Mirus ParcelDesk is a desktop application for Windows and Mac that updates itself when a new version is released. Your data is kept on a secure server, so every counter and the head office see the same bookings, and the sign-in is stored in the operating system's secure key store.
